Built by someone who's seen what generic software does to a real business.

I'm Nicola Harrington. I have a business analysis background from working in a defence and national security software house in Hampshire, and I've spent years watching organisations, large and small, try to squeeze their real processes into tools that were never built for them.

The cost is usually invisible. Work-arounds become habits. Steps get skipped. Things that should be automatic stay manual. And the tool that was supposed to help ends up being another thing to manage.

Supportify is built around a simple idea: your business has its own logic, and your tools should reflect that. I come in, learn how you actually work, and build something that fits.
