Who we are

Supportify is a sole trader business run by Nicola Harrington, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We build bespoke digital tools for small businesses in and around Salisbury and Fordingbridge. Questions? Email hello@supportify.uk.

What information I collect

When you get in touch by email, I collect only what you choose to share in your message. This typically includes your name, your business name, a description of what you do, and what you're looking for help with.

If we go on to work together, I'll collect information about your business workflows and processes, but only what's needed to build your tool, and only with your knowledge and agreement.

I don't use any forms, tracking pixels, or data capture tools on this site.

Why I collect it

To respond to your enquiry and, where it's a good fit, to scope and deliver a project together. I will never use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Confidentiality of business information

Any information you share about your business processes, workflows, clients, or pricing is treated as confidential. It is never shared with other businesses, including other Supportify clients. This is fundamental to how the service works.

How I contact you

By email, directly and personally. You won't be added to any mailing list or automated sequence.

How long I keep your data

Only as long as it's relevant. If you ask me to delete your information at any point, I'll do it promptly.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service, before being delivered to my inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on my behalf. You can view their privacy policy at formspree.io. No data is stored on this website itself.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@supportify.uk and I'll sort it straight away.
